The folder /releases/buster cannot be built right now because it lacks the Makefile file (see email below). Similar thing happens with /volatile You can copy the Makefiles from another language (non english) and then adapt to portuguese. In the future I suggest to use the script copypage.pl which generates all the folders.and file needed, and then paste your translation text in the wml file created in the /portuguese tree.
