Alright, got past the md problem, used the idepci disks, no scsi so
nothing to worry about.

My problem now is the nic.  I know the driver is the Realtek 8139too in
the 2.2.18 kernel but I'm getting "resources temporarily unavailable"
when I do ifup eth0.  The settings in /etc/network/interfaces is correct
for that device.

Any ideas?
