You can put it on hold, but I suspect that the problem is not as you describe, since I have WP8.1 which is even older on my system and dselect doesn't complain at all (it just shows it as a local/obsolete package.) -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
