No, certainly not d-devel. Everybody there will know how to build their own kernels. As it is a 'specialized' kernel for laptops, this list is probably best, although I wouldn't think there will be all that many people that many really interested. Building your own kernel is not all that hard and I myself would not soon install a kernel package from an 'unknown' source. I'd prefer to either wait for the official debian kernel-source package or get the vanilla kernel from Linus.
