Hi, I just got an Asus z71v laptop, has an Nvidia GeForce-Go 6600 video card. Everything works except sleep (suspend to ram). The problem is that it goes appears to go to sleep ok, but when waking it up, the screen remains blank.
I am using the powersaved package. Tried: - disabling intel_agp (the card is simple PCI), - using both nvidia and nv drivers, - acpi_sleep=s3_bios for the kernel, - sleeping from both X and the console. Nothing works. Please help me by tring to localize the problem, or by suggesting things I haven't tried. Are there other options besides powersaved?
