Where do you set the lower resolution options? Set it in the in the section "Monitor" under => "Preferred Mode" as the only variabel and also in the next Section "Modes" under => "Modeline" at the first place and see if it works. Simply try to change "1900 1200" to "1900 1120". It should be placed in the first part of this line. If not you maybe have to change the Hsync or Vsync value but first try it if youn don't have already.
