It's an interesting idea, although I am scared by the flexibility. What can guarantee me that every derived license I allow is within my wish. This would require some certain amount of AI (not too much). Such a program should have animated pictures of RMS, ESR, Joseph Carter, Alex, Bill Gates and other people, either shaking head, thump up, looking angrily or satisfied, in concordance with the license.
