If you assign copyright to them, they can do anything they please with
it, except to the extent that any license you may already have given
is binding on them as your assign.  But once it's published, you (or
anyone else) may also exercise any of the rights with regard to
material on which someone else claims copyright that are guaranteed to
you under your country's implementation of the Berne Convention.
