Preemptive disclaimers: I am not a DD, ftpmaster, lawyer, or policy hacker. In short, I'm simply talking from my corpulent posterior here. I'm in agreement with Charles on this, but might have different logic as to how I reached this conclusion. To me it appears this license is DFSG free, as it provides the option to distribute under one of several licenses, each in as far as I know dfsg.
