OK. I've also had to had an hiatus for some personal reasons and I may be

Yes, I am more malleable now :-) and I think that I will incorporate the
language of RFC 2119 in our policy.

With that, I think that some of the MUST will be changed to
SHOULD/RECOMMENDED so that some flexibility is allowed.
