This bug has been fixed in lintian 2.122.0 and UDD has not updated to
that version yet.
UDD is a very useful service, but it should not be used as the canonical
reference for lintian tags.
To get a tag description, you can either run lintian-explain-tags on
your local machine with the latest Lintian version, or use
https://lintian.debian.org
