well, it depends on what the timeframe is. if you can show that it's
working and the code is acceptable, and a proper patch against
live-initramfs is made, then it can go in there now.

...otherwise it has to wait until the live-initramfs/live-initscripts
split happens after lenny. which means optimistically something like
february 2009.
