your patch fixes two unrelated things, if you want me to apply your
patch literally, do:
* keep one logical thing in one commit (e.g. one for the netboot
issue, one for the missing includes.chroot during population of
the empty config tree).
* add proper commit message according to the pattern:
'Doing foo to fix bar.'
