we do not support dracut just yet. please use initramfs-tools (the default).

wheezy-backports has 3.10.11-1~bpo70+1, so there's something fishy with
your mirror anyway..

because you specified it *somewhere* in your config (you've showed your
lb config line, which is good, but not the other content of the config/
directory, specifically config/archives/*).

config/*' result in?

i suspect you've put the linux-image-3.9 or something into a package
list, but not the headers.
