An off-topic: As a Debian user (not a developer/programmer, at least not

recommend? For example, I am particularly interested in non-expensive
publishing houses that are willingly to publish books in lesser-used
disciplines, such as using Linux as a component of amateur radio
networks in various educational environments, ...
