Did you mean to mark the NTP package as pending instead of OpenSSL?
In dla-needed.txt, it says:

Shouldn't it rather say:

I haven't seen a probe sent out about openssl since november 1st, was
this done recently?
I have marked ntp as handled by kurt in the meantime...
