It seems like the tests are failing on the buildds. For example, this is i386: https://buildd.debian.org/status/fetch.php?pkg=python-crypto&arch=i386&ver=2.6-4%2Bdeb7u6&stamp=1483614616 I believe this is because /dev/shm (or similar) is not mounted; we hit a similar problem in the Reproducible Builds testing framework.
