  I am getting:

$ uscan --force-download
uscan warning: In debian/watch,
  no matching hrefs for watch line
  http://www.dclunie.com/dicom3tools/workinprogress dicom3tools_(.*)\.tar\.bz2

I guess it is simply missing a '/' character, right ?
