Hi Andreas,
Responses inline below prefixed with [amul:2]. If the way I respond (inline)
annoys anyone let me know.

Hi Amul,
thanks for your work on the fis-gtm package.
[amul:2] You're welcome. It's always fun to work on fun things.

It is OK to create another paragraph in debian/changelog. I just want
to make you aware that it is the usual case to have only one entry in a
package that is new to the Debian package pool. I'd recommend to keep
on maintaining the changelog for the moment but before the final upload
we might strip this down to "Inital upload" (as it is usual for new
Debian packages.)
[amul:2] I noticed the V54002B reference so I thought I had to create a new
version.

+Build-Depends: debhelper (>= 8.0.0),
Could you please give some reasons why you decreased the debhelper
compatibility level? There might be good reasons to do this but it
would be reasonable to mention these arguments to prevent that other
team members start playing pingpong unintetionally with you.
[amul:2] I used dh_make on my machine (Debian 6) and it defaulted to 8. I dropped the level hoping that would resolve my debuild
problems. It didn't. I will revert it.

[amul:2] Will fix after getting some help from Luis in a few hours.
