Well, protobuf in unstable broke java policy: http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=648850 There is a hack in debian/rules so netcdf 4.3 can now be build in debian unstable hurray ! What is left to do, is go over each file, and check all possible license.
