Hi Yaroslav,

Ok, autoreconf shadows are defeated now.

The winning move was to include autoconf-archive in Build-Depends (along
with dh-autoreconf, obviously, and append "--with autoreconf" in rules).
I could then safely remove all Makefile.in files from the original
installation tarball, plus these:

  m4/* aclocal.m4 config.sub ltmain.sh depcomp install-sh autogen.sh
  configure

Now, debuild does autoreconf like a charm, and configure and make
succeed, too. This has the desired consequence of slimming down
aghermann-0.5.1.1.orig.tar.bz2 to less than half the size of that
generated by make dist-bzip2.

I've also dropped the ebuild from the .orig.tar.bz2 (it just doesn't
belong there, isn't it :).

Here's the new .dsc file:
http://johnhommer.com/academic/code/aghermann/source/deb/aghermann_0.5.1.1-1.dsc.

I still have a bit of a doubt that building will succeed in all
architectures; although it might just as well, though. Let's see.

Cheers,
Andrei
