I have noted that your new web page makes use of Javascript to link the
tarball, setting the document location to a new value when the user
clicks on a button.
Unfortunately, our scripts which check the current version expect a HTML
link (<a href=...></a>) to be present on a web page to determine the
latest file to download, which is not the case right now. Could you
maybe provide a small page with a directory listing? That would be
very nice and would greatly simplify other people's linking to your
software.

Furthermore, it has become common practice to put all contents
(source, manpage source, manpage) of a source distribution tarball
into a subdirectory named after the software and version, e.g.
aragorn-1.2.36/aragorn1.2.36.c. This avoids cluttering the user's
current directory with single files when extracting the tarball.

I would be very grateful if you could address these final issues.
