Hi Andreas,

I pulled your modifications to python-skbio but it doesn't seem to build
right on Bio-Linux 8 with the modifications you made to the package.
We're getting to the point where Ubuntu LTS is a way behind Sid again so
you probably have a more sophisticated pybuild version to help you.

For now I'll just keep my version separate and re-sync on the next LTS
release. It shouldn't impact QIIME at all.

I've fixed the RDP issue I was seeing and pushed the latest
python-burrito-fillings, which is where the fix is applied. The patches
and workarounds in here also constitute most of my original effort in
getting QIIME 1.9.0 to work. I'll be interested to see if the tests
pass on Sid.

Likewise I've updated QIIME to the 1.9.1 point release and the version
you have in SVN is what has just gone onto Bio-Linux.

Cheers,

TIM
