htsjdk and other dependent packages are marked for removal.

The patch I uploaded recently (in git repo) fixed the testng issue, but
I did not tested the package itself and I had to disable tests to get
package done.

The patch indeed fix compilation issues, but introduce gradle testing
issues.

To prevent all those removals, should be upload the package with tests
disabled ? and see if we can fix the testing problem later on.

If someone knows htsjdk, he could test the patch to see if program
"works" and we could upload.
