happy new year ! At work, our cluster is running CentOS... but it has Singularity installed. I just updated the Debian wiki to add instructions on how to create an image with Blends metapackages such as med-cloud: https://wiki.debian.org/singularity#Example_3:_Build_a_larger_image_from_scratch Next step is perhaps to find an easy way to make stable images with all the backports of the Debian Med bioinformatics tools installed...
