Hi Marc,

thank you for your work on the GNUmed packages.

I have to do some comments:

  1. As per Debian Med policy[1] please always use the target
distribution UNRELEASED. Your sponsor (in this case me) will
set this to unstable in the sponsoring process. The easiest
way to do so is to use the command

       dch

     to create new changelog entries.

  2. Please never add changelog entries on top of existing changelog
entries which were never uploaded. You are requesting the
upload of *-3 but not even *-1 was sponsored.

  3. Changes in the upstream code like this

https://salsa.debian.org/med-team/gnumed-server/-/blob/master/debian/changelog?ref_type=heads#L5-6

do not really belong to the debian/changelog since this are no
packaging related changes. I left it in this case.

  4. If you revert changes for instance in debian/watch or re-add
"Priority: optional" to d/control please try to understand
the previous commits first. If in doubt please ask back
before changing or if in doubt use MRs.

I have force-pushed gnumed-server (and uploaded it). I will do
something similar with gnumed-client later. Please also check for open
bugs (like #1135013) which should be discussed or fixed before the
upload (I'll care for this later).

Kind regards and thank you for your work in any case
    Andreas.
