I would like to debianize mod_gzip

Hi!

I would like to debianize mod_gzip requested 5 days ago. Since I'm not an
official debian maintainer (yet) I'll probably need a sponsor for this package
(any volunteers ?). Should/can I submit a bug announcing my intention ?
