On i386, this line is:
eval 'sub __NR_iopl () {110;}' unless defined(&__NR_iopl);
Hypothesis: on m68k, iopl() is not supported, or asm/unistd.h doesn't
define __NR_iopl, or it misdefines it. I'll bet the "not supported"
comes from either a configure script output or that is what __NR_iopl is
(wackily) defined as on m68k in <asm/unistd.h>.
