Firstly, this is not a QA upload because you are already the maintainer.

The above dsc does not extract because you have used the wrong upstream
tarball. You have to use exactly (ie byte for byte identical) upstream
tarball which has already been uploaded when adding a new Debian revision.

The head of the changelog contains:
 * Restrict architecture to any-i386 any-amd64

I assume this is an attempt to fix #844779? As a porter, I find this a
bit disappointing especially since the package builds fine on the
majority of architectures. I suggest instead that you ask for this
package to be removed on armel and armhf (see [1]). That bug can then be
downgraded.

This package has a packaging repository, but it doesn't seem to be used?
