I'd like to work on finishing up my ITA for the sql-ledger package but there isn't a project for it on Salsa. It used to be on Alioth; originally in an SVN repository (and with its own project) and then moved to collab-maint as a git repository.
I understand that all of the old Alioth repositories have been be archived (whatever that actually means in terms of access) and in any case I do already have that git repository cloned, so I can continue to work on it. But I'm a DM not a DD, so to my knowledge I can't add a project to the 'Debian' group myself, which I think is where it should go. Is the normal procedure now, to ask here or in debian-devel to have a DD add the project for the package to salsa? My salsa ID is rjclay-guest. -- Robert J.
