Just made another update to the test package on mentors, see
https://mentors.debian.net/package/zmat
after consulting the debian-octave mailing list, the octave-zmat package
is all good now (tested and working)
I also corrected an error (due to the removal of the bundled lz4 files)
of the orig package prep script
<https://salsa.debian.org/fangq/libzmat/-/blob/zmat/README.md>, and now
the package is compiled properly against the external liblz4 library.
