In the "normal" mail headers.

e.g.

From: foo
To: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Cc:
Bcc:
Subject: bar
Reply-To:
X-Debbugs-Cc: baz

If your MUA doesn't let you edit it *shrugs*, get one which supports
it...
