The fuse3 port build was failing on i386 so i have updated the patch.

This was not uploaded but later on corrected. You can see CI for the
uploaded -10 revision passing on

So, CI is the same as buildd. I do not think your recent change
should be included because it unnecessarily complicates setting
_FILE_OFFSET_BITS which is already valid on 64 bit archs.

Please reopen this when you are coming up with a different -11 revision.
