Some non-blocking notes for next time:
 - It looks like 2.5.3 can be packaged too.
 - Please consider dropping Priority: optional and Rules-Requires-Root: no as 
part of the update to debhelper 14. Both fields are now redundant.
 - usr/share/doc/doctest-dev/examples/range_based_execution.py still has a 
versionless Python shebang, maybe fix that to use python3?
 - Please consider upgrading to debhelper 14.
