To my understanding, the function of this package is to inhibit screen locking when using a joystick. While it's used for games, it isn't a game in and of itself, correct? Utilities is described as: > Utilities for file/disk manipulation, backup and archive tools, system > monitoring, input systems, etc. To me, this seems like it would fit best. To be clear, I'm not telling you that it must go in utils, but it doesn't fit in x11 or games, and utils seems like the next best fit. I hope this helps.
