This is an initial package upload for ITP bug #1141696 and has passed clean
Debian unstable source-build, lintian, sbuild, signature, and published-artifact
verification. The package excludes icon sets already packaged by Debian and
rebuilds the Symbols Nerd Font assets from source inputs.
