Package: sponsorship-requests
Severity: normal

Dear mentors,

I'm looking for a sponsor for the orphaned package "parser-mysql":

 * Package name     : parser-mysql
   Version          : 10.9-2
   Upstream contact : Art Lebedev Studio <[email protected]>
 * URL              : http://www.parser.ru/en/download/src/
 * License          : LGPL-2+ with Libtool exception, X11,
                      GPL-2+ with Libtool exception, FSFULLR, GPL-2+, FSFUL
 * Vcs              : https://salsa.debian.org/debian/parser-mysql
   Section          : web

The source builds the following binary packages:

  parser3-mysql - MariaDB/MySQL driver for Parser 3

To access further information about this package, please visit the
following URL:

  https://mentors.debian.net/package/parser-mysql/

Alternatively, you can download the package with 'dget' using this command:

  dget -x
https://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/p/parser-mysql/parser-mysql_10.9-2.dsc

Changes since the last upload:

 parser-mysql (10.9-2) unstable; urgency=medium
 .
   * QA upload.
   * debian/control (Build-Depends): Partially revert last change: replace
     default-libmysqlclient-dev with libmariadb-dev-compat as the former
     is going to be removed (Closes: #1137158). Switch to debhelper compat
     level 14.  Add dh-sequence-single-binary.
     (Depends): Replace default-libmysqlclient-dev with
     libmariadb-dev-compat.  Remove ${misc:Depends} and ${shlibs:Depends};
     not needed with debhelper's compatibility level 14.
     (Description): Prepend MariaDB.
     (Section, Priority): Remove; redundant.
     (Standards-Version): Claim compliance with 4.7.4.
   * debian/rules (PACKAGE, TMP): Remove definitions; unnecessary.
     (override_dh_auto_install): Amend path for the .la file and don't
     ignore errors from rm.
   * debian/install: New file.
   * debian/watch: Upgrade to version 5.
   * debian/copyright: Update years for Debian packaging; replace my
     copyright claim with Debian QA Group.

P.S.: I can't push my changes to Salsa: Bastian Germann kindly
      imported (forked) the project and added me as Developer but it
      appears this is not sufficient (my Salsa ID is yavor-guest):

P.P.S.: The blhc Salsa CI job is doomed to fail due to #950793. If
        this troubles a potential sponsor, a customized
        debian/salsa-ci.yml could be added and the CI configuration
        for the project updated (I can do the former, but I don't have
        the proper rights for the latter).
