Hi Daniel, While testing on Ubuntu I ran into a problem with the auto-open step, and I'd like your take on it.
The report defaults to a temp file under /tmp and is then opened via file:///tmp/.... On Ubuntu, Firefox ships as a snap package; snap gives each app a private /tmp namespace, so the snap Firefox can't see the file a normal program wrote to the host /tmp â the auto-open just fails. Would it make sense to default the output to somewhere under $HOME instead of /tmp (e.g. ~/.cache/git-diff-html/, honoring $XDG_CACHE_HOME)? That makes auto-open work on both Debian and Ubuntu.
