scala-parser-combinators-2.12 - parser combinator library for Scala 2.12
Changes for the initial release:

org.scala-lang.modules:scala-parser-combinators_2.12, built without
sbt with the Scala 2.12 compiler from the scala package. Needed by
latexdraw (https://salsa.debian.org/java-team/latexdraw/-/merge_requests/3)
and later by scaladoc.
It needs scala 2.12 in unstable first:

Tested: sbuild against that scala, lintian --pedantic, licensecheck/lrc.
