Hi! I've packaged sndconfig. It is the Red Hat sound config tool, but I changed it to look at the right files (/etc/modules.conf instead of /etc/conf.modules, for example) and to write its configuration to /etc/modutils/sndconfig (instead of /etc/conf.modules).
The licence is GPL version 2 or later. I am not a Debian developer (yet), so I'll need a sponsor for this package. Please mail me if you're willing to sponsor me. It can be downloaded from http://medeia.dhs.org/~bas/Debian/sndconfig Package: sndconfig Version: 0.43-1 Section: sound Priority: optional Architecture: i386 Depends: libc6 (>= 2.1.2), libnewt0, slang1 (>> 1.3.0-0), playmidi (>=2.3-25), isapnptools (>=1.19) Installed-Size: 196 Maintainer: Bas Zoetekouw <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Description: easy soundcard configuration Sndconfig is a utility that let's you configure your soundcard easily.
