Yes, this should purge your debconf questions. However, his is left as
an exercise to the maintainer; there's a handy db_purge command after
you've sourced /usr/share/debconf/confmodule.sh which purges debconf
configuration for you. See approximately line 312 of
/usr/share/doc/debconf-doc/tutorial.txt.gz. dh_installdebconf adds this
snippet automatically, I believe, assuming you have a #DEBHELPER# tag in
your postrm.
