You should first make ITPs (Intent To Package) on each of your packages, see http://www.debian.org/devel/wnpp/#l1 for details. If a Debian developer is interested in sponsoring one or more of your packages, you'll get a chance to become a maintainer. Good luck, that's a long way... :-/ Alexis.
