I don't think any part of packages (description or separate field) are
the correct place for the Homepage field. Same for the watch file. The
reason being is that these are things that change independently of the
package. The Packages/Sources, maybe (using a system like debtags). That
needs some infrastructure though, which I hope one of the SoC projects
will provide (CRMI/DWTT). We love you Arnaud!
