You're right, that why I'm not saying you should send them. It may be considered harassment by some sponsors, I don't know. I still send ~monthly pings, and each time try to rephrase why I think it's good to have the package and I try to send it to other people who may want to sponsor it. > Another confusion is about the existing RFS bugreport now. There is no reason why it would be closed automatically, just answer it. IF it is closed, reopen it. IF it is retitled, retitle it back. In short, as long as your reasonable and don't spam people, it's OK to insist. Being stubborn is not a bad thing :-) Put your heart into it, document in your RFS the fact that you have been effectively maintaining the package for three years already... Also, move on: take care of other packages, find a good sponsor to whom you can then personally ask to review nbc. Enter the NM process, become a DD and then you can finally upload it yourself if everything else fails... Kind regards, Thibaut. -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.8 (Darwin) Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://enigmail.mozdev.org/ iQIcBAEBCAAGBQJQBAmJAAoJEJOUU0jg3ChAxLMQANjCzhURYhylUonT8GY/FNZf jN0pj3VSpv92K5iZx5aGhdCHH4EH1tzcMN9gnOmJMK6KCZYl32CcB/0QbdcUWKhz azL+Uf43y+kanCLup5vwv3+BMZMnIQX8lxarotfazZNT9Ux0ouG5PIynQ2o36pLN JuBzPgdSNi4bFXiQocM+YFj7W77jzbCdy4Q83J2WV9JC6HhTyzspnPFQVsf46uZs ATbVSYvZv+DXzbNYtb+WLdjKymEUVbOa+Z9fTPER4KMn3Kw6f139i1nfbWlPuDMD wPVPtQzv+M0Q68YnNrgaOpJJxrOUS64cbbcX3NXWyd9vd+3uXePQdfW88m2HSh0y Xqu8PHkpgiBv72+RqQRAWq53Sr64XuQfs2jGLHTItl6VPaoXGHcbObnOSZgiWKOy pxVxYjWPwDmzHlq+IL8hKod0dHfYJk5H1h5gue1rFmC4+8y1J9ZDy7ko7X6r4IgH AstDzIYsQXHuXZhClEBj2W73+YnEsUhRlJeOtAsE6COtJqhj21P+BnjeXUVNwTMm jBPFQ48QdmEcEqEnxfuSEWgSJOsZMswxlrZ2adyrciUWMXtIYje8PGT1J4b/GgYN KNbJ0j0309o50o+UlE8hG2t9UVPFZ4McaF/uEb02mAW+aBbrTIKzgbHYKPexilM1 /sJEUnPNq5alNx4CiLEX =sqCx -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-mentors-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
