I wouldn't mind having this in pkg-gnome. That way you could get somebody from the team to sponsor uploads, plus you could help with the other C++ bindings ;) But this is up to you, you can keep the package in collab-maint. BTW if you haven't found a sponsor yet I'll be happy to take a look at it. Just let me know.
