Keep in mind that you are free to not follow some of the points, but you
need to convince me that either fixing it would take a huge amount of
time, or that the package is better oterwise.

Also, I haven't looked at the other package, but maybe you want to look
also to the other package of you so when you'll propose it I'll have
less things to point out :)
I'm a QA guy, I don't want packages to "just work", but also to be nice
and tidy! ^^
