In the interest of avoiding wasted CPU cycles and time, I'd like to see if
we can come up with a solution for avoiding colliding uploads.

As the machine I am running a build daemon on is on an internal network, I
can't give out accounts to access the wanna-build database directly (and
it wouldn't help too much, as openssh isn't compiled yet), so I've written
a very basic mail interface to the database. The only thing is that it
requires you to be able to receive an e-mail ~50KB in size. If this isn't
a problem, let me know, so that we can co-ordinate our efforts better.
