pd-hexloader fails to cross build from source, because it strips with
the build architecture strip during make install. Beyond breaking cross
compilation, doing so also breaks DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS=nostrip as well as
generation of -dbgsym packages. Please consider applying the attached
patch to defer such stripping to dh_strip, which uses the correct strip
program.
