Package: olive-editor Version: 20221024+ds-1+b2 Severity: wishlist It would be nice to have a more current snapshop of olive-editor.
I tried the packaged version, but I run in numerious audio sync issues and other bugs that made it hard to actually use. A current version from the appimage though has audio that works correctly and most of the bugs I experienced look already fixed. Since there are no stable/official releases, I don't see a reason to rely on snapshot from 2022 and it would be nice to update. -- System Information: Debian Release: trixie/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (900, 'unstable'), (800, 'experimental'), (500, 'unstable-debug') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 6.7.9-amd64 (SMP w/16 CPU threads; PREEMPT) Kernel taint flags: TAINT_PROPRIETARY_MODULE, TAINT_WARN, TAINT_OOT_MODULE, TAINT_UNSIGNED_MODULE Locale: LANG=en_DK.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_DK.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE=en_US:en Shell: /bin/sh linked to /usr/bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) LSM: AppArmor: enabled Versions of packages olive-editor depends on: ii ffmpeg 7:6.1.1-3 ii frei0r-plugins 1.8.0-1+b2 ii libavcodec-extra60 [libavcodec60] 7:6.1.1-3 ii libavfilter9 7:6.1.1-3 ii libavformat60 7:6.1.1-3 ii libavutil58 7:6.1.1-3 ii libc6 2.38-6 ii libgcc-s1 14-20240315-1 ii libopencolorio2.1t64 [libopencolorio2.1] 2.1.3+dfsg-1.1+b1 ii libopenexr-3-1-30 3.1.5-5.1+b2 ii libopenimageio2.4t64 [libopenimageio2.4] 2.4.17.0+dfsg-1.1+b1 ii libportaudio2 19.6.0-1.2+b2 ii libqt5core5t64 [libqt5core5a] 5.15.10+dfsg-7.2+b1 ii libqt5dbus5t64 [libqt5dbus5] 5.15.10+dfsg-7.2+b1 ii libqt5gui5t64 [libqt5gui5] 5.15.10+dfsg-7.2+b1 ii libqt5multimedia5-plugins 5.15.10-2+b2 ii libqt5widgets5t64 [libqt5widgets5] 5.15.10+dfsg-7.2+b1 ii libstdc++6 14-20240315-1 ii libswresample4 7:6.1.1-3 ii libswscale7 7:6.1.1-3 olive-editor recommends no packages. olive-editor suggests no packages.
