In addition to tagging it wontfix, you also closed the bug. Doing so makes the bug go off the radar of the autoremover and you'd receive a new one as a result, because you took no other action. The crucial bit is recorded in https://salsa.debian.org/multimedia-team/medialibrary/-/merge_requests/2#note_532924 where you state that you intentionally do not fix the FTBFS yet despite the presence of a patch. Since this mail is copied there, it adds that bit of information and also resets the removal timer for a year. I hope we'll have a prerelease of vlc 4.x then. Helmut
